MISEBOARD

Privacy policy · Miseboard 1.0.0

Read the local-data label.

This policy separates Miseboard’s app-private cooking work, optional browser activity, Android boundaries, and the supplied static website. Effective September 11, 2026.

ITEM 01

Closed local recipe box with bundled cards

Scope and effective version

Item
Miseboard for Android, package app.miseboard.kitchenrelay, version 1.0.0, and these two supplied static pages.
Boundary
This policy does not govern an app store, operating-system service, separately opened browser page, or a later release with changed behavior.

ITEM 02

Open book, recipe relay board and sealed kitchen folio

Organization and release identity

Profile
The publisher profile supplied for this release names Friends of Fairview City Library at 160 S 200 W, Fairview, Utah 84629-7715.
Limit
Miseboard remains an original cooking workflow tool associated with that profile. This does not claim an official library service, collection, schedule, program, fundraiser, partnership, endorsement, or statement of mission.

ITEM 03

Measuring cups and a blank local edit ticket

Data the app can store

Bundled
Concise app-authored recipe records, ingredients, equipment, dependencies, safety checkpoints, artwork, and source URLs are packaged with the app.
Mutable
Selected recipe, serving amount, ingredient checks, active steps, safety-check selections, timer state, notes, history, route, and reduced-motion preference.

ITEM 04

Two separate timer disks and a folded state ticket

User notes, sessions, and timers

Notes
Optional text you write, saved date, recipe, servings, handoffs, measured-check state, and elapsed timer observations form the service-tape ledger.
Timers
Start, pause, reset, or change each interval. No alarm or notification is sent. A device reboot returns a running timer paused at its last saved remaining duration. A timer never completes a food-safety checkpoint.

ITEM 05

Closed personal notebook and service tape

App-private storage

Location
Mutable work is stored in app-private Android preferences. Other apps are not given a Miseboard data interface.
Purpose
To restore servings, checks, active sessions, timers, notes, history, route, and motion preference after navigation or relaunch.

ITEM 06

Kitchen capability board with three covered access wells

Permissions and device access

Permission
The inspected manifest requests no Android permission.
Unavailable
Camera, microphone, location, contacts, notification, health, sensor, advertising-ID, and shared-storage access are unavailable directly to Miseboard.

ITEM 07

Simple local lock and empty permission hooks

Network behavior

App
Miseboard requests no Internet permission and makes no in-app network request.
Core
Recipes, boards, timers, notes, and history use bundled content and app-private state.

ITEM 09

Sealed cooking-session folio beside an empty handoff tray

Export, sharing, and system services

App
This release has no data export, share, upload, collaboration, contact-picker, or social-posting function.
User tools
A screenshot or copy created independently with an operating-system tool is controlled by you and may be handled by that tool separately.

ITEM 10

Empty capped kitchen accessory rail beside a prep board

Analytics, advertising, and third-party SDKs

Embedded
The inspected build contains no analytics SDK, advertising SDK, crash-reporting SDK, account SDK, social-login SDK, or billing SDK.
Result
No embedded service receives Miseboard app events, notes, or cooking-session state.

ITEM 11

Bundled recipe cards under a clear cover

Retention

Mutable work
Servings, checks, active session, timers, notes, route, history, and motion preference remain in app-private storage until you edit, delete, clear, or uninstall.
Server
There is no publisher server that applies a separate retention schedule.

ITEM 12

Eraser, archive box and removable service ticket

Deletion, reset, and uninstall

Controls
Delete one service strip or use Clear local work to remove servings, checks, active session, timers, notes, route, and history.
System
Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling removes private app data under normal Android behavior.

ITEM 13

Two kitchen-session boxes separated by an unattached folded bridge

Backup and device transfer

Configuration
The inspected manifest allows Android backup behavior controlled by the operating system and the user’s device or account settings.
Limit
Miseboard does not provide its own cloud backup, sync, or cross-device restoration service.

ITEM 14

Blank page passing through a simple kitchen pass window

Static website request data

Pages
The supplied website is static and contains no form or account feature.
Host
If publicly hosted, the chosen provider may process ordinary IP, request-time, path, and browser metadata for delivery, security, or operational logs.

ITEM 15

Empty browser-like kitchen frame beside an unused dish and blank tab

Cookies, browser storage, and tracking

Supplied pages
They do not set cookies, write localStorage, load analytics, embed advertising, or include a tracking pixel.

ITEM 16

Safety

ITEM 17

User-controlled envelope beside a local recipe box

Security, limitations, and policy changes

Protection
App-private storage relies on Android and the device access controls you use. No system guarantees absolute security on an unlocked, rooted, compromised, or shared device.
Changes
Material changes to permissions, SDKs, storage, networking, backup, hosting, or ownership require a revised policy and effective date.

ITEM 18

Blank kitchen observation cards beside a capped pencil

Privacy contact and user requests

Mail
Questions about this policy or privacy requests for this release may be mailed to Friends of Fairview City Library, 160 S 200 W, Fairview, UT 84629-7715.
Local work
Because Miseboard does not receive app records or maintain accounts, app-private work must be viewed or deleted on the device.
